I'm trying to take a quiz that requires the Respondus Lockdown browser, but it says I need to install it and it won't install.

1. Are you on a computer with both the lockdown browser installed and a video camera installed?
2. Is the Video Camera on?
3. Run the Lockdown Browser from the desktop.
   1. The most common error Respondus reports is that Skype is running; push the button to agree to close Skype and restart the browser.
   2. Student will prompted for Microsoft Middlesex login in the Lockdown Browser.
   3. Their Canvas page will come up as the home page. They can then launch the quiz from Canvas inside the lockdown browser
