If you suddenly cannot access one or more of the library's pages (or other web pages at MCC), the first thing you should do is clear your browser cache. This removes old saved files and images from previous uses of the site(s) which may be interfering with your browser's ability to display the pages.

Instructions for clearing your browser cache vary depending on what brand and version of Internet browser you are using. (Not sure which browser you are using? Try visiting WhatIsMyBrowser.com.)
