Open your email account and select "New" to compose a new email. Each email system is different, but you will see either the word "Attachment" or a paper clip icon for attaching files. Click on that and it will ask you to find the file. Use the button that says "browse" to open a window where you can select the file you want to attach. Once you find and select the file, click "submit" or "attach". Your file should now be attached; the email should have the attachment visible. If it is not try again.
